Bacon Breakfast Sausage Recipe

This sweet and savory simple breakfast sausage is the perfect addition to your morning meal. Served perfectly alongside with eggs and a pile of veggies. They're quick, easy, flavorful and juicy!
1 lb. Ground Pork
10 Bacon Slices
1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
Fats & Oils
Butter or Ghee
Cut the bacon into small pieces, unless you have a small kitchen grinder, you can grind the bacon.
Mix the bacon & ground pork together in a large bowl with clean hands.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl & mix again.
Form the patties, I used a 1/3 measuring cup to scoop & help form the mixture into patties.
Heat the frying pan or skillet to medium-high heat.
Add a small amount of butter to pan.
Add patties to the pan. Allow them to brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove from heat & serve!
Store raw sausage in the fridge up to 2 days or in the freezer for 1 month.
